Some people believe that from synthetic medicines and beverages to
switching from a healthy herbal alternative is not a good idea, or so
some on the medical field believes, but i ask you, do you eat
vegetables? Do you eat fresh fruits? Do you blend fresh fruits as you
beverage? Do you add herbs to your meals? If you do this then ask
yourself are herbal supplements that bad? What if your so busy working
and you don’t have time to prepare your meals, well everybody does in
our generation, on our so busy schedule we go for street foods, fast
foods almost all the time, yes in fast foods they have veggies BUT!
sometimes its reheated so many time the nutrients are all gone, so what
do you get? Nothing. Well what can you do to supply your body with the
needed vitamins and minerals of course go for Vitamin Supplements, of
course you have to choose the best supplement out there in the market,
why even bodybuilders take these supplements, mixed martial artist have
tons of supplements look at their performance and their physique, i’m
just saying that why are you afraid of herbal supplements or beverages?
back at the days in Greece people add herbs to their meal because they
believe that what you eat is your medicine, in China and even Korea they
believe in herbal medicines which they still practice now and still
recommend, well just keep an open mind, it’s still much better to
prevent disease than curing it on the later stage let’s try keeping
ourselves healthy!
